Wipro Petrobras Agreement: Wipro Wins Petrobras Agreement with ServiceNow

Mumbai: Wipro Limited said on Wednesday that with ServiceNow it has won a deal with Petrobras, the largest publicly traded company in Brazil and one of the largest oil, natural gas exploration, production and distribution companies. and derivatives to the world, to advance its digital journey.

The project aims to raise the level of service for internal users and reduce costs by modernizing and aligning IT infrastructure processes with the business through a modern cloud solution focused on automation and integration.

The scope of the project is related to the maintenance of IT assets, system updates and digitization processes. “We want to ensure that the volume of information generated by business operations is processed even more intelligently and securely, contributing to decision-making in an agile and assertive way,” said Marcelo Carreras, executive director of the ICT at Petrobras.
