Energoprojekt tops top Belgrade Stock Exchange winners, stock indices end up
BELGRADE (Serbia), Aug.6 (SeeNews) – Belgrade Stock Exchange stock indexes closed on Friday, with civil engineering group Energoprojekt [BEL:ENHL] topped the list of blue chip winners, according to stock exchange data.
Energoprojekt closed up 16.47% at 396 dinars on Friday. NIS Oil and Gas Company [BEL:NIIS] generated the highest turnover of 538,590 dinars, as 893 of its shares changed hands.
The BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid stocks on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, ended the session up 0.59% to 781.24 points.
The larger BELEXline Index, a free float market capitalization weighted index, closed 0.86% higher at 1,667.35.
The stock exchange’s total turnover amounted to 3.2 million dinars ($ 32,200 / 27,200 euros) on Friday, against 2.1 million dinars on Thursday, when 75 transactions were carried out.
The exchanges on the multilateral trading system (MTP) of the stock exchange generated a turnover of 876,491 dinars.
Between August 2 and 6, BELEX15 increased 0.72%, while BELEXline increased 1.03%.
The total value of trading on the Belgrade Stock Exchange this week was 967.4 million dinars, up from 41.1 million dinars last week.
Turnover from treasury bill exchanges totaled 957.9 million dinars this week, compared to 333,302 dinars last week.
